Amy is a NASM-certified personal trainer and performance enhancement specialist, an ACE-certified group fitness instructor, and an XPT-certified coach. Beyond her time in the gym, she can be found practicing new breathing techniques, reading self-help books, gardening, and preparing healthy recipes. She enjoys travelling the world, taking part in women’s retreats, and constantly searching for life’s next challenge!
