INTERVIEW WITH BIANCA

What are 3 ways you stay healthy with a busy schedule?

  • Going to the gym regularly
  • Taking my dog on walks on the Beltline
  • Cooking meals for myself!

I try to stay on a consistent schedule, and I think that helps me a lot.

What’s your favorite healthy snack?

I’m a fruit addict, so cantaloupe, strawberries, grapes, apples, and/or raspberries.

Can you share something about yourself with us we may not know?

I am a cleaning/organization freak! I love my things and my home, and I obsess over maintaining them.

What’s your all-time favorite song to work out to?

I don’t have a specific favorite, but I like upbeat house music for running and rap music for weight lifting!

Tell us how you first got interested in health and wellness.

I began my own wellness journey in college and enjoyed having control over my body and seeing progress in my strength and endurance. I realized that I love running, and fell in love with the feeling of meeting my fitness goals. Nursing school pushed that interest further as I learned about the physiological aspects of health.

What is your spirit animal and why?

My spirit animal is a Pomeranian, but I don’t have an explanation for why. I just think I identify with them the most!
