INTERVIEW WITH CALEY

How do you stay healthy with a busy schedule?

Eat whole foods, get outside in the sunshine, and be thankful 🤍

If you could eat one cuisine for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

SUSHI! I don’t know why, I just can’t get enough of it.

Can you share something about yourself with us we may not know?

I love backpacking and camping! My family and I would go into the woods and camp for a week growing up as a vacation 🤣

I also am a wedding makeup artist here in Nashville and started my own business with that when I was 17 and still do it to this day! I love being a part of peoples special day.

Do you have a favorite inspirational podcast or book?

I love verse by verse podcast where they teach the Bible one verse at a time!

What’s your all time favorite song to work out to?

 Hmm…any rap song honestly 🤣

Tell us how you first go interested in health and wellness.

I grew up always loving movement and knowing how important it was for our bodies! I cheered competitively in high school and was in the best shape of my life. Once I graduated, I was looking for a workout and an outlet similar so I could continue getting stronger and ended up finding Pure Barre! I taught there for 10 years and loved every second before getting more into the functional training space.

What is your spirit animal and why?

Probably a horse 🥰 I love how strong and beautiful they are!
