Medical Visits – Cancellation Policy
We require 24 business hours or more for any appointment cancellations. Any cancellations made less than 24 business hours before the visit will be subject to the following fees:
- Functional Medicine & Physical Therapy: $100
- Dietitian, Health Coaching, IVs: $50
- Lab Draws, Injections: $25
Any visits not cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 business hours are considered a no-show and will be subject to the entire visit cost.
Members are subject to the same terms with the following penalties: Members will lose a credit for any applicable services and will be charged $25 for any late cancel or no-show for unlimited service categories.
For example, if you have an 8am Functional Medicine Visit on Wednesday, a cancellation or reschedule made before 8am on Tuesday will incur no charges. A cancellation or reschedule between 8am Tuesday and 8am Wednesday will incur a $100 fee, and a cancellation or reschedule made after 8am on Wednesday will incur the cost of the visit.
Movement Services – Cancellation Policy
We require 12 business hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of group fitness classes. Any cancellation made less that 12 hours in advance of the class time will be subject to either the loss of a credit for class pack holders or a cancellation fee of $15 for members.
We require 12 business hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of personal training sessions. Any cancellation made less than 12 hours in advance of the personal training session will either lose a credit if applicable or be charged the full session cost.
