Karli Robinson

Member Experience Coordinator

Supports All Locations

Karli came to STAT as a patient of our functional practice several years ago. Her life and health were transformed as a result of the care and guidance of the team and she became a raving fan. When Karli heard that there was an opportunity to work with the amazing team at Stat she jumped at the chance.

Karli was raised in Roswell, GA and she still resides there today with her husband and two girls. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!) and spent her professional career working in Digital and Product Marketing. While Marketing has been her professional focus, health and wellness have always been her personal passion. She’s often listening to the latest podcasts in the health and wellness space or reading up on health or exercise related articles or books. Karli is thrilled to be joining the STAT Wellness team as a Member Experience Coordinator and looks forward to working with all our wonderful members 😊.

How do you stay healthy with a busy schedule?

I like to get my movement in first thing in the morning so I know whatever comes up later in the day wont get in the way.

Anyone who knows me knows I ALWAYS have a healthy snack with me 😊. It allows me to make sure I’m never getting “hangry” and that I always have a healthy option to reach for.

Journaling has been a big game changer for me. Whether its in the morning, mid-day, or at night, finding time to process my thoughts and feelings helps to take away any stress or anxiety. Its also been a great way to reflect back on amazing moments that have happened in my life.

If you could eat one cuisine for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

I LOVE Thai food. I’m a big fan of spice and love all the unique flavor profiles.

What’s your favorite healthy snack?

Dark chocolate, almond butter and banana

Can you share something about yourself with us we may not know?

I spent most of my life dancing and performed with a professional Contemporary Modern dance company for a while. I still LOVE to dance, but mostly in my living room with my daughters 😊.

Do you have a favorite inspirational podcast or book?

I’ve most recently been reading Atomic Habits, which has been a great re-set for my daily routine.

What’s your all time favorite song to workout to?

I love some 80s and 90s throwbacks.

Tell us how you first got interested in health and wellness.

I’ve been surrounded by it my whole life! My mom has always been into healthy foods and exercise and my dad is a personal trainer. I learned a lot from them and have been interested in health and wellness from a young age. I particularly love all the research on syncing women’s hormones and cycles with particular foods and movement.

What is your spirit animal and why?

A sugar glider! They’re gentle and adventurous.
