What are three ways you stay healthy with a busy schedule?

  1. I always schedule workouts on my calendar like I would for work, or any other
    appointment to hold me accountable.
  2. Meal prep is a must for me – I plan out all my meals on Sunday and do all the cooking then, that way I don’t have to stress about it during the week.
  3. Allow a rest or recovery day (or 2), and don’t restrict during the week.

Tell us how you first go interested in health and wellness.

I started off by working the front desk at Flywheel 6 years ago and was immediately drawn to the industry. I was inspired by all the instructors and clients that I saw on a daily basis and was looked forward to being around these people every day. To most people, that class was the best hour of their day, an hour that they took to disconnect from everything other than themselves. I loved being around all these like minded people who were brought together by fitness, wellness, and community.

What is your spirit animal and why?

I think I relate most to a sea turtle – they represent the journey toward wisdom, truth, understanding, and peace.
