Meg found STAT through her own research in hopes to find a holistic approach to healthy living. She quickly realized STAT Wellness matched her own goals by focusing on functional medicine and movement and jumped at the chance of working with the team. When she’s not at work you can find Meg spending time with her family, loving on her pup, or enjoying the outdoors.


How do you stay healthy with a busy schedule?

I love to spend a lot of time walking outside with my dog, Lily, meal prepping, and try to strength train at least 4 days a week.

If you could eat one cuisine for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

Asian fusion because it can be full of veggies and has a ton of flavor!

What’s your favorite healthy snack?

Cauliflower and spicy hummus from Trader Joe’s!

Do you have a favorite inspirational podcast or book?

My favorite podcast is The Healthcode. They talk about healthy lifestyle, fun adventures, and a making working out fun.

When I was working on a guest ranch in Colorado and talked to one our chefs about the best way to fuel your body and feel your best.


What is your spirit animal and why?

An elephant! They are calm and patient but can take care of business when necessary.
