There is an APP for that… STAT Wellness is so excited to announce that we now have an app for workouts, nutrition, tracking your progress, and directly messaging ME! Hooray!
So how does the app work?
First check out “My Hub” on STAT Wellness’ home page. Here you can login (if you are already a client) or purchase a package (click the top right where it says buy package). I will discuss the packages further in a second so keep reading!
Once you sign up for a package, you can login and create a PIN on the STAT Wellness mobile app (available on apple and android). This app will allow you to see workouts while you are at the gym. Its like a virtual personal trainer! You can also track your measurements, nutrition, workouts, and message me directly.
What’s available right now?
Right now, you can sign up for the one on one wellness partnership. This is the most detailed package. I will gather a thorough history from you and we will meet for 1 hour to discuss everything in depth (in person or virtually). You will then get a custom wellness plan typically within 24-48 hours after we meet (the plan will also be available on the portal and app). This plan includes lifestyle changes, dietary changes, exercise recommendations, and any supplements you may benefit from. You can track your progress, so I can see how you are doing and of course message me at any time. After 1 month, we will have an additional 30 minute follow up to make any necessary changes to your plan.
I also have several very affordable 4 week workout plans designed specifically for men and women ($4.99 for a whole month!!). Packages are available for all levels including beginners (3 days per week), intermediate (4 days per week), and advanced (5 days per week). Gym equipment is required for these workouts. If you are not sure how to do an exercise, there is a youtube video demonstrating the exercise. Unfortunately, it is not me in the videos (yet) but that is coming.
There is also a free 2 day, no equipment required workout for you to try. Each workout will tell you how many reps to do and how long to rest in between sets. If you want to make it more challenging, try to do 2-3 cycles of the workout and reduce the rest period between sets.
Purchase a package at “My Hub” or on this website. Once you have a package, download the STAT Wellness app (for apple and android), login, create a pin and start working out/logging your success. This is a new app and portal so if you have any problems PLEASE let me know so I can fix them as soon as possible.
