How do you stay healthy with a busy schedule?

I use a habit tracking app called “Habit Tracker” to help me keep track of my daily disciplines. Three of my seven daily goals are:

  2. Drink 130oz water
  3. Walk/ stretch for 30 min

If you could eat one cuisine for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

Mediterranean! Super clean, lots of flavor, and it’s considered a longevity diet.

Can you share something about yourself with us we may not know?

I was on a travel gymnastics team as a kid.

Do you have a favorite inspirational podcast or book?

“Inner Excellence” is the ultimate mindset development book

What’s your all time favorite song to work out to?

Right now it’s Rock Bottom by HARDY. It changes but it normally revolves around Rock.

Tell us how you first go interested in health and wellness.

Listening to motivational videos in college motivated me to change my life and optimize my routine by starting my day with movement.

What is your spirit animal and why?

Kodiak Bear. I love the outdoors & adventuring, I eat lots of protein, good sleep is extremely important to me, if I feel like someone close to me is under attack I go all out to fight for them.
