What are 3 ways you stay healthy with a busy schedule?

  • I commit to whatever I can do CONSISTENTLY. Small actions that become daily habits make a big impact.

  • I try to move my body daily in some form or fashion.

  • Spending time outside whenever I can re-energizes me!

If you could only eat one cuisine for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

Berry Parfait: Greek Yogurt, Berries & Walnuts

Do you have a favorite inspirational podcast or book?

Some of my favorite podcasts are Your Move with Andy Stanley, Huberman Lab, & anything True Crime.

Tell us how you first got interested in health and wellness.

I have always loved fitness and have taught group fitness classes since I was 16 years old. I became interested in Functional Medicine through my own personal health journey through Thyroid and Autoimmune disease.

What is your spirit animal and why?

Sea Turtle: Sea Turtles must push out of their comfort zone (nest) and into the unknown to make it to the ocean. They inspire me to keep going with steady progress, patience and courage.
