Spending time outside whenever I can re-energizes me!
If you could only eat one cuisine for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
Not a “cuisine”, but the answer is Chick-fil-a. I said what I said 😊
What’s your favorite healthy snack?
Berry Parfait: Greek Yogurt, Berries & Walnuts
Can you share something about yourself with us we may not know?

Tell us how you first got interested in health and wellness.
I have always loved fitness and have taught group fitness classes since I was 16 years old. I became interested in Functional Medicine through my own personal health journey through Thyroid and Autoimmune disease.
What is your spirit animal and why?
Sea Turtle: Sea Turtles must push out of their comfort zone (nest) and into the unknown to make it to the ocean. They inspire me to keep going with steady progress, patience and courage.
