INTERVIEW WITH TAYLOR

How do you stay healthy with a busy schedule?

I stay healthy by keeping it simple: having nutritious meals ready to go, sneaking in quick bursts of movement throughout the day, and treating sleep as a non-negotiable.

If you could eat one cuisine for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

Mediterranean. It’s full of vibrant, fresh foods, healthy fats, and lean proteins — it’s delicious and it aligns beautifully with the science of longevity and metabolic health.

What’s your favorite healthy snack?

Carrots with hummus — my go-to snack for something crunchy, tasty, and energizing on a busy day.

Can you share something about yourself with us we may not know?

I grew up playing tennis and still love it, but recently I discovered pickleball — I’m hooked! It’s fast, fun, and a fantastic way to stay active.

Do you have a favorite inspirational podcast or book?

I love podcasts and books that are practical and uplifting — Mel Robbins is always a favorite, and The Let Them Theory reminds me to keep perspective in life and work.

What’s your all time favorite song to work out to?

It might sound a little unexpected, but I get my best workout energy from upbeat country music — Kelsea Ballerini always keeps me motivated and happy while moving.

Tell us how you first go interested in health and wellness.

I’ve always loved the idea that health isn’t just about treating symptoms but uncovering the root cause. That curiosity became a career — and a mission to help people feel their best, inside and out.

What is your spirit animal and why?

A butterfly — constantly evolving, adaptable, and a symbol of renewal. I love the reminder that small shifts in daily habits can lead to big transformations in health and life.
